Smelly dog ears are a clear sign of an ongoing ear infection problem. Dogs with floppy ears are notorious for getting very chronic ear infections. Regular cleaning with veterinary approved cleaners can help, but often antibiotics are also needed.
Registration
A permanent health record will be initiated on your pet from the information provided on your first visit. Health reminders are sent to each patient every six months in order to assure your pet's continued good health
Appointments
Except for emergencies, patients are seen by appointment only. Drop-offs are welcome, please call in advance to schedule your drop off. When calling for an appointment please indicate to the receptionist the condition of your pet and any health related problems.
Fees
All charges will be discussed with you prior to any services being rendered. For major medical and surgical services, a written estimate of fees will be discussed and approved by you. A deposit may be required. The actual cost of treatment may be greater or less than the estimated fees.
Payment
Payment is due upon the rendering of services. We accept Cash, Checks, and Major Credit Cards.
Prescriptions
All prescriptions and refills require the doctor's authorization. Please call 24 hours in advance so that we can ensure your prescriptions are ready when you arrive at the clinic.
Status Change
Please call the clinic to inform us of any name changes. If you no longer have a pet we would appreciate knowing about it. Also, please call us should you lose your pet...we may be able to help you find your friend.
